LINE COOK/PREP COOK
It is the cooks’ main responsibility to prepare the highest quality food consistently and effectively.
Responsibilities – but not limited to
- Food preparation according to chef’s directions and recipes, and follow proper food handling procedures. Efficiently cook food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking.
- Partner with wait staff to ensure the safety and sanitation of our kitchen, service, prep and cleaning areas are in compliance with provincial, municipal and Pheasant Run standards.
Main duties (but not limited to):
It is the dishwashers’ responsibility to maintain and clean kitchen and its equipment, dishware, etc., properly put away food and kitchen deliveries, assist cook to prepare the highest quality food consistently and effectively. Ensure the safety and sanitation of our kitchen, service, prep and cleaning areas are in compliance with provincial, municipal and Pheasant Run standards.
